Abstract:
An antidepressant and screening method thereof. An active pharmaceutical ingredient of the antidepressant targets a dendritic-cell-associated C-type lectin-1. The antidepressant exerts an antidepressant effect by binding, activating, and/or increasing the expression of the dendritic-cell-associated C-type lectin-1. The active pharmaceutical ingredient is a β-glucan.
