Title:
ANTIDOTE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/122090
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a toehold sequence-added nucleic acid aptamer wherein in a nucleic acid aptamer consisting of a single-stranded loop portion and a double-stranded stem portion, a nucleic acid sequence (toehold sequence), which is not complementary to the sequence of the nucleic acid aptamer, is connected to an end of one of two strands of the stem portion; or an antidote wherein in a nucleic acid that has a nucleic sequence complementary to the nucleic acid aptamer consisting of the single-stranded loop portion and the double-stranded stem portion, a nucleic acid having a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the toehold is connected to an end different from said end.
