Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an antifouling coating film having excellent surface smoothness, and an antifouling coating composition for forming same. In addition, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a substrate having the antifouling coating film and a method for producing same. This antifouling coating composition contains: (A) at least one curable silicone selected from (1) and (2) below; and (C) a lubricant. (1) A polyorganosiloxane having a methyl isobutyl ketoxime group at both ends. (2) A polyorganosiloxane having a hydroxyl group at both ends, and an organosilane represented by formula (I). (In formula (I), R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted C1-10 hydrocarbon group, X is a methyl isobutyl ketoxime group, and a is 0 or 1.)
