Abstract:
The antifouling structure according to the present invention is provided with a porous structural layer and a nonvolatile liquid located in the pores and/or on the surface of said porous structural layer, and is characterized in that: the porous structural layer has a modified portion at least in a surface part thereof; and the element ratio (F/Si) of fluorine to silicon present in the surface part is 3-50.
