Abstract:
The present invention relates to a short-acting sustained release antifungal composition, and provides an antifungal composition comprising terbinafine and a silicon film-forming agent for local treatment. The antifungal composition of the present invention increases the amount of drug penetration and shortens the delay time for skin permeation. Thus, the composition can deliver a drug to the active site quickly and maintains the effect continuously.
