Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method and a composition for enhancing the immunogenicity of a polypeptide. [Solution] Provided is a composition containing a tagged polypeptide which is composed of a polypeptide, a spacer peptide bonded to a terminal of the polypeptide and composed of 0 to 2 amino acid residues, and a tag peptide bonded to the spacer peptide and composed of 3 to 12 amino acid residues, wherein the tag peptide is composed of Ile, Val, Lys, Arg, Asn, Asp, Ser, Leu, Ala, His, Pro or a combination thereof.
