Abstract:
Provided are an HPV16 E7 40-74 antigen polypeptide, a coding gene of the antigen polypeptide, an expression vector for expressing the antigen polypeptide, and a host cell containing the expression vector. Also provided are uses of the coding gene of the antigen polypeptide, the expression vector and the host cell in the preparation of vaccines for preventing or treating tumor diseases such as cervical cancer. Further provided are an antibody prepared by using the antigen polypeptide and the uses of the antibody in the preparation of drugs for preventing or treating tumor diseases such as cervical cancer.
