Abstract:
An antibody recognizing a human pre-B cell receptor but not a human pro-B cell; an antibody reacting with a V pre-B molecule which is one of the constituents of the SL chain of a human pre-B cellreceptor expressed on the surface of the membrane of a human pre-B cell or with a V pre-B cell expressed in a human pro-B cell, but not with a $g(l)5 molecule in a replacing light chain and showing a reactivity to such an extent that the human pre-B cell or human pro-B cell thus reacted with the antibody can be detected under a microscope; and a method for judging the B-cell differentiation step causative of acute lymphatic leukemia of infant by using the antibody recognizing a human pre-B cell receptor but not a human pro-B cell, an antibody recognizing a V pre-B molecule in a replacing light chain consitituting a human pre-B cell receptor, an antibody recognizing a $g(l)5 molecule in a replacing light chain constituting a human pre-B cell receptor, and an antibody recognizing a B cell.
