Abstract:
A antimicrobial steel gypsum panel structure, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a plurality of panels which are surface-treated with an inorganic antimicrobial agent; connection units which connect the plurality of panels and are surface-treated with the inorganic antimicrobial agent; a ceiling board which is installed at an upper end of the plurality of panels and is surface-treated with the inorganic antimicrobial agent; a baseboard which is installed at a lower end of the panels and is surface-treated with the inorganic antimicrobial agent; and a finishing board which is installed in at least one of a beginning panel and an end panel among the plurality of panels and is surface-treated with the inorganic antimicrobial agent. Each of the plurality of panels comprises: two steel sheets spaced apart from each other and facing each other; two gypsum boards disposed between the two steel sheets and spaced apart from each other so as to face each other; and a stud disposed between the gypsum boards. Each of the plurality of panels comprises: a base metal plate; a first zinc layer, a first pretreatment layer, a lower coat layer, and a top coat layer that are stacked in order on the upper surface of the base metal plate; a second zinc layer, a second pretreatment layer, and a functional paint layer that are stacked in order on the lower surface of the base metal plate.
