Abstract:
Provided are: an antireflective film having high antireflection performance and excellent durability; an optical member equipped with an antireflective film; and a method for producing an antireflective film. The antireflective film includes a laminate structure which is arranged on a substrate and in which reflectance matching layers and silver-containing metal layers each containing silver are laminated alternately and a finely uneven layer which is arranged on the surface of the laminate structure and contains alumina as the main component, wherein a first reflectance matching layer arranged adjacent to the substrate, among the reflectance matching layers, includes a multi-layer film in which high-reflectance layers each having a relatively high reflectance and low-reflectance layers each having a relatively low reflectance are laminated alternately, and a second reflectance matching layer arranged adjacent to the finely uneven layer, among the reflectance matching layers, include at least one nitride layer.
