Title:
ANTISENSE OLIGONUCLEIC ACID
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/155450
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an antisense oligonucleic acid having reduced hepatotoxicity. This antisense oligonucleic acid is characterized by: having a base length of 7-30 nt; nucleic acid residues, each of which is 1-5 nt from a respective terminal, being 2',4'-cross-linked nucleic acids; having non-2',4'-cross-linked nucleic acid residues between both terminals; and the base for at least one nucleic acid residue among the non-2',4'-cross-linked nucleic acid residues being modified.
