Provided is an antistatic sheet superior in an anti-fouling property, a cushion property, a lightweight property, a handling property, durability, and so on, in addition to an antistatic function. In an antistatic sheet-form material, a PE sheet or a PP sheet is laminated on the lower face of a nonwoven sheet, printing is applied on the entire face of the upper face of the nonwoven sheet, conductive paint is applied on the upper face of the printed face, and an antistatic sheet is laminated on the bottom face of the PE sheet or the PP sheet.
