This antistatic structure is provided with: a casing (20); an element (50) disposed inside the casing (20); and a first electroconductive member (60) disposed on an inner surface of the casing (20) and through which static electricity flows to the earth (E). At least a portion of the first electroconductive member (60) is disposed around a region of the casing (20) facing the element (50).
