The present invention prevents a protrusion section for supporting a spring from protruding outward from a cylindrical section when the protrusion section is provided in a Y-direction which is the axial direction of the cylindrical section, and thus increases the degree of freedom in a layout when being mounted on a vehicle body. A bracket 10 is provided with a cylindrical section 12 opened in the Y-direction, an inner member 30 is disposed toward the Y-direction inside the cylindrical section 12, and the inner member 30 and the cylindrical section 12 are connected through an elastic body 20. The elastic body 20 comprises: a pair of X-direction elastic sections 22 for connecting the inner member 30 with the cylindrical section 12 in the X-direction; and a Y-direction elastic section 24 for connecting a protrusion section 15 disposed on an end of the cylindrical section 12 in the Y-direction, with a Y-direction supporting section 33 of a bottom wall 31 disposed on an end of the inner member 30 in the Y-direction. The protrusion section 15 is lengthily formed to partially overlap the Y-direction supporting section 33 of the inner member 30 in the Y-direction. In this way, the degree of freedom in a layout is increased because portions protruding outward from the cylindrical section 12 to interfere with a vehicle body 42 or surrounding members are removed.
