Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/065405
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antiviral agent comprising an RNA oligonucleotide having particular sequence and structure. More particularly, when an RNA oligonucleotide having a particular sequence and a bent helix structure, according to the present invention, is treated in the cell line, interferon-β or ISG56 expression is increased and antiviral activity occurs.
