Abstract:
Anxiolytics containing as the active ingredient substances selected from the group consisting of [2,3-d]thienopyrimidine derivatives represented by general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and hydrates and solvates of the same. In said formula R?1� and R?2� each independently represents hydrogen, halogeno or C�1-6? alkyl; R?3� and R?4� each independently represents hydrogen or C�1-6? alkyl; R?5� represents hydrogen, C�1-6? alkyl, etc.; Ar represents optionally substituted phenyl, 2-thienyl or 3-thienyl; and n is an integer of 2 or 3.
