Abstract:
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly, AOP ultra violet lamp which does not use mercury (Hg). The AOP ultra violet lamp according to the present invention, comprises: an outer tube; an inner tube inserted into the outer tube; discharge electrodes disposed on the lateral surface of the inner tube; a dielectric material coated between the discharge electrodes and the outer tube such that there is no contact; and at least two discharge gases selected from the group of inert gases consisting of Ar, ArF, KrF, KrCl, Xe, XeCl and XeF, charged in the space between the inner surface of the outer tube and the outer surface of the dielectric material and discharge electrodes.
