An apnoea awakening device, comprising: a setting terminal (110), configured to set an apnoea time threshold value and an awakening pressure threshold value; a respiration sensor (130), attached onto the body of a patient, and configured to detect whether the patient breathes within an apnoea time; a flow rate control device (140), configured to output a gas with a preset oxygen concentration; a pressure generator (150), configured to generate corresponding awakening pressure according to a flow rate of the gas output by the flow rate control device (140); a pressure sensor (160), configured to collect the awakening pressure generated by the pressure generator (150) in real time; a microcontroller (120), configured to control the flow rate of the gas output by the flow rate control device (140) according to a detection result of the respiration sensor (130) and the awakening pressure threshold value; and a nasal pipe (170), connected to the naris part of the patient, and configured to convey the awakening pressure generated by the pressure generator (150) into the respiratory tract of the patient. Also provided is an apnoea awakening method. The apnoea awakening device and method can reduce clinic risks and costs simultaneously.
