Abstract:
The prevent invention relates to an apparatus for absorbing and damping shock in a vehicular collision to uniformly dampen the collision shock generated by a vehicular collision and control shock-damping force according to installation position. The present invention provides the apparatus for absorbing and damping shock in a vehicular collision, wherein a shock damping unit for damping the collision shock is composed of a wire friction decelerating device which limits the backward speed of a collision head in a collision shock absorbing/damping part. Therefore, the present invention facilitates formation of the collision shock-damping force by composing a shock-absorbing unit of the apparatus for absorbing and damping shock in a vehicular collision using the wire friction decelerating device which reduces the backward speed of the collision head in the collision shock absorbing/damping part. Also, the present invention facilitates the formation by simplifying the structure and minimizing the occupied space.
