Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for the accurate positioning and installation of a block-shaped body into a small container. The apparatus comprises: a movement module, a rack, a three-way motion module, a support rod, a suction cup module, and a protection frame; the movement module comprises rolling wheels installed below the rack, and brake units matched to the rolling wheels; the three-way motion module is installed on the rack, an output end of the three-way motion module is fixedly connected to the support rod, the support rod is connected to the suction cup module, and the suction cup module is used for suctioning a block-shaped body; a protective frame comprises a hydraulic component, a top plate, and at least two grabbing rods; an output end of the hydraulic component is securely connected to the top plate; one end of each grabbing rod is hinged to the top plate, and the other end can be disposed around the suction cup module and the block-shaped body. In the present invention, using the three-way motion module matched with the movement of the rack forms a safe and reliable mechanical transfer arm which replaces manual operations and solves the problem of being unable to install or accurately position a block-shaped body in a small container; at the same time, the use of the protection frame protects the suction cup module and the block-shaped body, avoiding potential safety hazards caused by the block-shaped body falling during the moving process.
