Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for altering an optical path for three-dimensional surface measurement; comprises a ring-shaped path alteration reflection part or a ring-shaped refraction part for altering a light path using a rotational body rotated by a motor; and thus can easily obtain consecutive data due to rotation of the rotational body, improves the accuracy of light being collected, and can accurately adjust the distance or the refractive index of reflected light by adjusting the distance or the refractive index of reflected light using only rotational motion so that the distance and the refractive index of light are consistently altered by rotational motion having a constant speed, and can be used as long as the degree of parallelism between a reference beam and a rotational axis is correct, thereby improving the convenience when setting an alignment.
