Abstract:
An apparatus applied to a dyeing module for a biological sample on a glass slide, comprising: a housing (1) having a cover (2), the cover (2) being hingedly connected to the housing (1) by means of a connection shaft (5); a plurality of liquid reservoirs provided in the housing (1); a heating device provided at the bottom of the housing (1); a cooling device comprising a fan (12) and a circulating water cooling system, the fan (12) being provided below the housing (1), and the circulating water cooling system being provided on a side wall of the housing (1) and the bottom of the housing (1) respectively; and a control unit which is in signal connection with a driving device, a draining valve (14), the heating device, and the fan respectively. By providing the circulating water cooling system on a side wall of the housing (1) and the bottom of the housing (1), the temperature in the housing (1) can be kept as a set temperature, a histiocyte form of a biological sample after antigen retrieval is improved, the accuracy and reliability of pathological detection is improved, and when cooling is required after the antigen retrieval ends, a cooling speed can be increased, and a dyeing duration can be shortened.
