Abstract:
An apparatus for aqueous chemical precipitation reaction and quick filtration, provided with a reaction vessel (1), a reaction vessel cover (2), a reagent addition and air discharge port (3), an air feeding pipe (4), a support (5), a liquid remover control cover (6), a solid collector control cover (7), a liquid remover (8), and a solid collector (9). The reagent addition and air discharge port (3) is provided on the reaction vessel cover (2); the air feeding pipe (4) is used for feeding air from the outside during precipitation reaction, so as to ensure even mixing of a solution; the support (5) is used for supporting the reaction vessel (1); the liquid remover control cover (6) is used for the opening and the closing of the upper portion of the liquid remover (8) during solid-liquid separation; the solid collector control cover (7) is used for the opening and the closing of the upper portion of the liquid collector (9) during solid-liquid separation; a filter membrane (81) having a pore size less than a solid particle size is provided on the upper portion of the liquid remover (8), and is sealably connected with the reaction vessel (1); the liquid remover (8) is used for quickly removing liquid during solid-liquid separation; a filter membrane (91) is provided on the bottom of the solid collector (9); the upper portion of the solid collector (9) is sealably connected with the reaction vessel (1).
