Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically manufacturing a flat coil element for a transformer, the apparatus comprising: a primary injection mold (10) for primarily coating a resin on flat coils (100, 200) of a coil sheet (A0); a primary die cutter (20) for removing a fixing piece (130) of a primarily resin-coated coil sheet (A1); a secondary injection mold (30) for secondarily coating a resin on the primarily coated coil sheet (A1) from which fixing pieces (130, 230) have been removed; a secondary die cutter (40) for secondarily die-cutting terminals (111, 112); and a transport means (50) for transporting the coil sheet (A0) to the primary injection mold (10), transporting the primarily coated coil sheet (A1) to the primary die cutter (20), and transporting a primarily die-cut coil sheet (A2) to the secondary injection mold (30).
