Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an apparatus for automatically peeling agricultural products, which automatically perform a peeling operation such that green onions are processed in producing areas and supplied directly to consumers, the apparatus comprising: a transfer power unit including an upper transfer part which has front and rear main rollers, a sub-roller formed between the main rollers, and an upper main belt wound on the outside of the rollers, a lower transfer unit which has a lower main belt formed on the upper surface of a shelf while coming in close contact with the upper main belt of the upper transfer unit and a roller formed inside the lower main belt, and a first motor for transmitting power to a gear of the front main roller so as to transmit power to the upper and lower transfer units, the first motor being connected, through a chain, to the lower main belt formed on the shelf, the front roller formed inside the lower main belt, and a gear connected to a shaft of the front roller; a peeling unit including a guide pressing stand for fixing scallions which moves while being clamped between the upper and lower main belts, a cutting unit which has a cylindrical rotating blade and a rotating blade motor so as to cut roots of the scallions fixed to the guide pressing stand, a detecting sensor for detecting a bundle of cut scallions, a rotating rod and a rotating rod motor for turning up the bundle of scallions, and upper and lower air nozzles having a plurality of through-holes formed above and below the bundle of scallions; and a main body part for supporting the above constituent units. Accordingly, the present invention is very useful in that it enables direct delivery of agricultural products from producing areas to consumers, and thus can improve the freshness thereof and reduce the production costs thereof.
