Abstract:

Disclosed is an apparatus based on a pre-mixed abrasive jet and for cutting a plate material with a non-uniform curved surface thickness. The apparatus comprises a plate material workpiece (1) with a non-uniform curved surface thickness, and a two-dimensional machine tool workbench (2); and further comprises a C-shaped synchronization frame (3) and an intelligent detection device (4). An upper annular synchronization annular transmission chain set (31), a lower annular synchronization annular transmission chain set (32) and a central power motor (33) are mounted inside the C-shaped synchronization frame (3). The intelligent detection device (4) comprises an upper detector (41) and a lower detector (42), wherein radially and uniformly distributed holes (5) are provided in both the upper detector (41) and the lower detector (42), a stepped section (51) is provided in each radially and uniformly distributed hole (5), a stress test sensor (511) is installed in the stepped section (51), and a spring (52) and a guide column (53) are successively mounted at a lower end of each radially and uniformly distributed hole (5). The apparatus can adjust, according to the bending degree and the thickness of a plate material workpiece, the target distance from a spray gun to the workpiece and the movement speed of the spray gun, thereby reducing residual jet energy and realizing the function of automatically adjusting jet parameters of the spray gun in real time.
