Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for bonding a film material. The bonding apparatus is provided with a transfer carriage (30), which can move a roll (R1) between a storing area where the roll (R1) is stored, and a roll disposing position, which is positioned below a film material transfer conveyer, said roll having wound thereon the film material that is to be bonded to an optical member. The transfer carriage (30) is provided with: a base section (32), which is provided with a travelling apparatus; a roll supporting section (33), which supports the roll (R1) on the base section (32); and a position adjusting apparatus (29 (35, 35a, 36)), which can change, within the horizontal plane, the attitude of the roll supporting section (33) on the base section (32) for the purpose of adjusting the direction of the axis of the roll (R1) to a correct position.
