The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning an air conditioner built into the ceiling, and more particularly, to an apparatus for cleaning an air conditioner built into the ceiling, which is simply attached to the air conditioner built into the ceiling without any separate preparation for cleaning to selectively inject either high-pressure wash water, high-pressure air, or high-pressure steam into the air conditioner through an injection pipe rotating by means of the injection pressure, thereby effectively removing foreign substances from the interior of the air conditioner and easily the cleaning process performed in the air conditioner to be observed during cleaning. For this purpose, according to the present invention, the apparatus for cleaning an air conditioner built into the ceiling including a housing installed in the ceiling, a drive motor which is arranged within the housing and which has a driveshaft, the end of which is threaded, a drive fan coupled to the thread of the driveshaft, and a heat exchanger arranged in the housing so as to surround the drive fan, wherein the apparatus comprises: a washing tub which tightly contacts a lower portion of the housing, and the bottom of which has one or more outlet ports; fixing means for fixing the washing tub to the housing; a shaft tube which penetrates through the center of the washing tub, and which extends to the inside and outside of the washing tub such that the shaft tube is rotatable; a plurality of injection pipes in communication with the shaft tube, and which are bent and extend around the circumference of the shaft tube and arranged at equal intervals between the drive motor and the heat exchanger, and the outer surfaces of which have a plurality of injection nozzles for injecting high-pressure fluid supplied through the shaft tube to the heat exchanger; a hollow shaft connection pipe which is connected to the top of the shaft tube such that the driveshaft of the drive motor may be inserted into the hollow shaft connection pipe; and a motor cover which is shaped into a cylinder having an open end, and which covers the drive motor so as to seal the latter.
