Abstract:
The intention provides an apparatus for constructing a pile with an enlarged portion, which comprises a connector (3), one end of connector (3) is fixed to a crane (7) by cable, the other end is attached to the expanding unit (1) through the rotating means (2), two oil pipes (4) is connected to an hydraulic control station (6) on the crane (7), an pressure sensor (5-2) and a flow sensor (5-1). There are two same hydraulic cylinders in the expanding unit (1), one (1-24, 1-22) is at the upper part, the other (1-10, 1-11) is at the lower part, on the other hand, one compacting hydraulic cylinder is also at the bottom of the expanding unit (1-3, 1-4). The oil pipes (4) is provided within the a piston rod (1-8) being a centre rod. Both the pressure sensor (5-2) and the flow sensor (5-1) are provided on the crane.
