Title:
APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF DERIVATES FROM OIL SHALES AND PLASTIC WASTE BY THERMAL CRACKING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2003062351
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The device for continuous production of derivates from oil shales and plastic waste consists of an input space (1) that is filed with water and in which the mass to be treated is added. The obtained masse is by means of an elevator (7) thrown into the thermal tube (2), through the entrance opening that is naroowed from the top. The process of thermal cracking takes place in the thermal tube (2). The gas derivation are collected at the top of the thermal tube (2). From there they are, under a certain pressure, conducted through the output gas tube (5). On the bottom of the thermal tube (2) there is a number of derivateion tubes (6). Various liquid derivations are discharged through them. In the lower part of the thermal tube (2) there is a heater (9) that heats the mass up to the required temperature. While the thermal cracking process takes place in the thermal tube (2), the mass gradually slides towardds the output space (3). From there the residual mass is removed by an elevator (4). The output space (3) is filled with water which the treated mass enters and quikly cools. The resulting steam moves up through the thermal tube and heats up the mass in the upper parts of the thermal tube.
