Abstract:

An apparatus control system is provided with a metabolism measurement device for measuring a metabolic rate, and an apparatus control device for controlling an air conditioning apparatus. The apparatus control device includes a control-content storage unit for associating and storing a sense of feeling warm/cold, and the control content for the air conditioning apparatus. An input unit receives an input of a metabolic rate measured by the metabolism measurement device. A metabolism storage unit accumulates a history of metabolic rates inputted into the input unit up to the present. A calculation unit calculates the sense of feeling warm/cold by using the metabolic rates inputted into the input unit. A correction unit corrects the sense of feeling warm/cold calculated by the calculation unit, according to the history of metabolic rates stored in the metabolism storage unit. An apparatus control unit controls the air conditioning apparatus in accordance with the control content associated with the sense of feeling warm/cold corrected by the correction unit, and stored in the control-content storage unit.
