Abstract:
An acquisition unit acquires information representing content of an operation performed by a user in relation to control of an object apparatus from a load group to store as operation information including an acquisition time in a history storage unit. An identification unit identifies a type of control for the operation information that has been acquired by the acquisition unit. An assessment unit counts the number of acquisition occurrences of the operation information across an aggregation period comprising two or more days by type identified at the identification unit and by time period, and assesses whether or not the number of acquisition occurrences of the operation information for the same type within the same time period is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold. A schedule change unit, when an assessment is made at the assessment unit that the number of acquisition occurrences of the operation information for the same type within the same time period is greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold, on the basis of the operation information, changes a control schedule within a schedule storage unit. As a result, it is possible to achieve reduction of amount of consumption of resources by an apparatus without imposing a significant burden upon an engineer.
