Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the capacity of a drinks cup, and to an apparatus that can be mounted in a cup for drinking alcohol or drinks and that can control the capacity so as to suit one's alcohol or drinks capacity. To this end, the present invention comprises: an insertion part that is formed having a volume that is at most less than the internal space of a cup, that is inserted into the inside of the cup, wherein a lower end part thereof is folded in a floor part of the cup, and that has a magnet thereinside; and an external fixing part that is located on an external lower end of the cup, and that has a magnet thereinside to interact with the magnet of the insertion part so as to fix the insertion part inside the cup using the magnetic force between the magnets.
