Abstract:

Provided are an apparatus for controlling the power of an electrically fused connection pipe for a synthetic resin pipe using a conductive polymer complex as a heating element, and a method for same. The apparatus for controlling the power supplies power to the electrically fused connection pipe for a synthetic resin pipe using a conductive polymer complex as a heating element in order to detect resistance variations in the conductive polymer complex, thereby controlling the power supplied to the electrically fused connection pipe for the synthetic resin pipe on the basis of the resistance variations.
