Abstract:
An apparatus for correcting upward deformation of a roof portion (11) of a stainless steel car. The apparatus comprises: a crossbeam (1), end support columns (2), a center support column (3), arc-shaped positioning body (5), crossbeam pull rings (7), a thin steel pull strap (8), and a tightener (9). The end support columns (2), the crossbeam (1), and the center support column (3) constitute the supporting part; arranged on the center support column (3) is the arc-shaped positioning body having the same arc as the inner arc of the stainless steel car roof main part; the thin steel pull strap (8) covers the exterior surface of the stainless steel car roof main part (11); the thin steel pull strap (8) connects via the tightener (9) to the crossbeam pull rings (7) respectively fixed on the two ends of the crossbeam (1). The adjustment apparatus can overcome the upward deformation of the roof portion of the stainless steel car and restore the arc-shape of the car roof and the car width.
