Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus for creating a print sheet, the apparatus being capable of performing both normal printing and label formation by being provided with: a plurality of unit disposition parts that are capable of selectively disposing a first combination of multiple types of image formation units not containing label substrate formation units, and a second combination of at least one type of label substrate formation unit and multiple types of image formation units; a detection unit for detecting whether each unit disposed in the unit disposition parts is an image formation unit or a label substrate formation unit, and further detecting the type thereof; and a control unit for forming an image on a base sheet using the image formation unit when the combination detected by the detection unit is the first combination, and for forming a label on the base sheet using the label substrate formation unit and the image formation unit when the combination detected by the detection unit is the second combination.
