Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for crushing solids generated due to the accumulation and solidification of materials when work is performed within a workspace restricted by one wall of a housing. The apparatus for crushing the solids includes: a shooter oriented toward the solids formed within the workspace of the housing through an input hole formed in the wall; a projectile mounted on the shooter so as to be launched, wherein the projectile is filled with an expansive material in the inner space thereof; and an impellent power supply part for supplying impellent power into the projectile such that the projectile is launched from the shooter. Thus, the solids may be crushed by the expanding power generated when the expansive material discharged from the inner space of the projectile launched from the shooter and inserted into the solids is changed in phase to a gaseous state. Thus, since the workspace may be sufficiently secured without stopping high-temperature work from being performed at a high temperature, the work efficiency of the high-temperature work may be improved.
