Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a magnetic field and comprises: a differential magnetic sensor module including a first magnetic sensor and a second magnetic sensor that respectively output electric signals corresponding to the magnetic field, and which outputs the difference between the output values of the first and second magnetic sensors as an output signal; and a signal-processing unit which filters and amplifies the output signal to digitize the difference in the magnetic field strength of the space where the first and second magnetic sensors are located. The first and second magnetic sensors each comprise a first power source terminal connected to a voltage source Vcc, a second power source terminal connected to a ground GND, a first output terminal outputting a first output value, and a second output terminal outputting a second output value. The second output terminal of the first magnetic sensor is connected to the first output terminal of the second magnetic sensor. The first output terminal of the first magnetic sensor and the second output terminal of the second magnetic sensor are connected to the signal-processing unit. Thus, the difference in magnetic field strength between adjacent micro-areas can be measured even when a strong magnetic field is applied in the sensing direction of the magnetic sensor.
