An apparatus for determining a precise location, according to the present invention, comprises: a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (100) flying in the air on which a first broadband signal module (110) and a GPS receiver (120) are attached; and a terminal (200) provided at a predetermined location for self-determining location through communication with the first broadband signal modules (110). Also, a method for determining a precise location in the woodlands using the apparatus for determining a precise location, according to the present invention, comprises: an unmanned aerial vehicle location identifying step (S1) in which each of the GPS receivers (120) receive a GPS signal from an artificial satellite (300) to determine the location of each of the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (100); a location information transmitting step (S2) in which the first broadband signal modules (110) provided on each of the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (100) communicate with the terminal (200) to transmit, to the terminal (200), the location of the unmanned aerial vehicles (100) and the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicles (100) and the terminal (200); and a terminal location identifying step (S3) of determining the location of the terminal (200) using information received from the first broadband signal modules (110).
