Abstract:
An apparatus and a device for sensing an analyte contained in a liquid. The apparatus comprises a liquid flow structure (1) and a sensing assembly (3). The liquid flow structure (1) has a measurement cavity (12), an outlet cavity (13) and a nanochannel (14). The measurement cavity (12) is used to receive an analyte to be sensed, and when the analyte to be sensed enters the measurement cavity (12) along a first direction, can generate a sensible electrical signal. The outlet cavity (13) is in fluid communication with the measurement cavity (12), and the nanochannel (14) comprises a first opening (141) in communication with the measurement cavity (12) and a second opening (142) in communication with the outlet cavity (13), so as to put the measurement cavity (12) and the outlet cavity (13) in fluid communication. A height difference between the first opening (141) and the second opening (142) of the nanochannel in the first direction is less than 20 μm. The sensing assembly (3) is coupled to the measurement cavity (12) to sense the electrical signal.
