Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for opening/closing a drain, capable of easily removing foreign substances such as hair or the like from inside a drain. The disclosed apparatus for opening/closing a drain for discharging water from a water storage space comprises: an installation unit having an installation unit body installed in the drain and a catch portion formed in the installation unit body; a drain opening/closing body having a fixing portion detachably coupled to the catch portion of the installation unit, an elevating portion arranged so as to be capable of being elevated relative to the fixing portion, and an elevated height control portion for controlling the elevation of the elevating portion in a position in which the drain is closed; and a closure member arranged along the outer periphery of the drain opening/closing body to close or open the drain in accordance with the elevated height of the elevating portion, thus enabling the drain opening/closing body to be installed in or removed from the installation unit without the need for disassembling the drain opening/closing body.
