Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a technique for, by using a detection marker, such as an AprilTag, and a camera, continuously monitoring, in real time, position change values and angle change values (θx, θy, θz) of X, Y, Z axes of a frame, a mechanism unit, a transfer unit, a moving unit, a measurement unit, a compliant mechanism, etc., which constitute an apparatus, and thus reducing, in real time, a deviation occurring due to play and tolerance when assembling and driving the apparatus. An apparatus for process variation calibration, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a frame; a mechanism unit formed inside or outside the frame, with respect to the frame, and performing a predetermined process; a transfer unit formed inside or outside the frame, with respect to the frame, and performing a predetermined transfer; a detection marker formed on the frame, the mechanism unit, or the transfer unit; a capturing unit formed inside or outside the frame and generating a captured image by capturing the detection marker; and a measurement unit for analyzing the captured image, received from the capturing unit which captured the detection marker formed on the frame, the mechanism unit, or the transfer unit, thereby deriving an image change value of the detection marker and thus deriving a three-dimensional position change value of the frame, the mechanism unit, or the transfer unit.
