Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of extraction apparatuses. Disclosed is an apparatus for extracting physiological active substances from akebia quinata having yellow ripe fruits. The apparatus of the present invention comprises a separation tank, an oil-squeezing tank, which is attached to the separation tank, and an extraction tank, which is arranged on one side of the oil-squeezing tank, wherein a cutting assembly is provided at an inner top end of the separation tank; a filter assembly is provided at a bottom end of the cutting assembly; a flushing assembly is provided at one side of the filter assembly; a squeezing assembly is provided inside the oil-squeezing tank; a decoction assembly and a centrifugal assembly are provided inside the extraction tank; the cutting assembly comprises a moving block, a fixed block and a concave blade; the flushing assembly comprises a water tank, a spray head, a connection frame and a screen mesh; and the decoction assembly comprises a heater, a heat supply head, a heat conduction block, a collection box, a water decoction basin and a sponge block. The apparatus for extracting physiological active substances from akebia quinata having yellow ripe fruits of the present invention can achieve a good effect of separation of different parts of the akebia quinata having yellow ripe fruits of different specifications, and allow various active substances to be extracted at a time, without replacing different media, thereby optimizing an extraction mode.
