Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming annular rods, comprising: a frame provided with a hydraulic cylinder and a mold plate; the hydraulic cylinder provided with a cylinder which moves forward and backward; a conveyor roll including a conveyor shaft which has a V-groove formed in the top thereof and which is fixed by a bracket; a guide roll conveying a stainless steel annular rod; three pairs of mold frames provided on the mold plate, each pair having a through-hole formed in a frame center thereof; a forming device having first to third forming devices rotating on a shaft and forming a hexagonal shape by means of both ends of a V-groove of a forming roll, which are pressed against the inner surface of the mold frame; a gearbox having a driveshaft coupled to each shaft of the first forming device by a universal joint and controlled by a motor; and a discharge die for discharging a hexagonal rod formed in the forming device, wherein the apparatus for forming annular rods may be replaced by an autonomously driven forming apparatus having a mold driving motor, i.e. a separate driving device fastened to each reducer forming roll. Accordingly, the apparatus of the present invention has a plurality of forming devices having hexagonal shapes according to product dimensions provided on respective mold frames, and has the forming devices detachably attached in the form of cartridges on the base frame, in order to form a stainless steel hexahedral rod through a single feed, thereby improving work continuity and work efficiency.
