Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a perforation on packaging paper to facilitate the opening of the packaging paper, the apparatus comprising: a packaging paper feeder for feeding packaging paper wound on a feeding roll to a conveying line; a first tension adjuster configured with a plurality of top/bottom rollers, for applying a certain tension to a packaging paper conveying line between the packaging paper feeder and a perforation forming unit by means of adjusting a top/bottom roller gap; said perforation forming unit, including a detachable saw blade for forming a perforation on packaging paper being fed, and elevating means for driving the saw blade upward/downward; a marking detector for recognizing a marking provided on a surface of the packaging paper, transmitting recognition data to a controller, and adjusting a forming interval for a perforation formed by the perforation forming unit; an interval adjuster for turning a sub-motor on/off according to a control from a controller of the marking detector so as to feed the packaging paper at regular intervals; a second tension adjuster configured with a plurality of top/bottom rollers, for applying a certain tension to a packaging paper conveying line between the perforation forming unit and a winder by means of adjusting a top/bottom roller gap; and said winder configured with a winding motor, a guide roller, and a winding roller, for winding and storing packaging paper fed to the second tension adjuster on a winding roll. Thus, as the apparatus of the present invention can continuously form perforations on packaging paper fed to a conveying line, mass production is made possible, and the packaging paper can be easily opened by users, thereby increasing convenience and safety during use.
