Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating superheated vapor by using waste heat recovery, which can significantly enhance superheated vapor generation efficiency of a working fluid by using waste heat of an exhaust gas. The apparatus for generating superheated vapor by using waste heat recovery, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing having on both ends thereof an inlet tank into which exhaust gas is introduced and an outlet tank from which exhaust gas is discharged; a plurality of exhaust gas tubes, which are installed inside the housing and arranged vertically and separately from each other with a specific distance therebetween; and a plurality of working fluid tubes which are arranged between the plurality of exhaust gas tubes, wherein on one side of the housing an inlet pipe for introducing the working fluid and an outlet pipe for discharging the working fluid are installed, wherein the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are connected so as to individually communicate with the plurality of the working fluid tubes, and wherein each upper surface and each lower surface of the working fluid tubes come into direct contact with the exhaust gas tubes.
