Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating three-dimensional object forming data and a method for generating forming data. The present invention also relates to an apparatus and a method for forming a three-dimensional object. The method for generating 3D shape data for forming a three-dimensional object by means of light exposure curing comprises the steps of: preparing base shape data on the three-dimensional object; providing a user interface so as for the shape of the three-dimensional object to be displayed and for physical property levels for the respective parts of the three-dimensional object to be selected; and obtaining corrected shape data formed by reflecting the physical properties of the respective parts selected via the user interface in the base shape data. The 3D forming apparatus for forming a three-dimensional object by means of light exposure curing comprises: a resin tank for accommodating a photocurable liquid resin; a molding plate on which the three-dimensional object is formed; a molding plate driving unit for lifting/lowering the molding plate; an image light radiation unit for radiating image light, corresponding to a unit image, towards a forming surface formed on the molding plate; and a control unit for extracting physical property levels for the respective parts from corrected shape data having the different physical property levels for the respective parts of the three-dimensional object and for changing light exposure conditions for the image light of the image light radiation unit on the basis of the extracted physical property levels. The three-dimensional forming apparatus according to the present invention can form the respective parts of a three-dimensional object with resins having different levels of hardness.
