Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for heating by electric current application using a multipoint electrode. The present invention is characterized by comprising a lower electrode installed at a lower part and an upper electrode having concavities and convexities formed on the bottom surface thereof so as to implement a plurality of point contacts with a material. The present invention generates a plurality of heat sources on the surface of the material through the point contacts, selectively heats only a desired part of the material, increases resistance by decreasing the actual contact area, and can improve the heating effects resulting therefrom.
