Abstract:
An apparatus for inducing somatic senses according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a magnetic field output unit which generates a magnetic field by receiving time-varying current from a power supply unit and generates somatic senses by applying magnetic stimulation to a specific biological tissue of a user through the generated magnetic field; a power supply unit which generates time-varying current and supplies the time-varying current to the magnetic field output unit; and a control unit which controls the time-varying current generated by the power supply unit. The present invention allows information notifications to be transmitted to the user by an intuitive method using the somatic senses induced by the magnetic field, thereby allowing information, etc. to be transmitted by inducing direct somatic senses, such as touch, in the biological tissue of the user without being affected by surrounding interruption factors, as opposed to conventional apparatuses for transmitting information notifications by visual and auditory methods.
