Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for laser processing a light guide plate wherein a light path is constantly maintained to provide a light guide plate having high quality. The apparatus includes a laser oscillator, a laser irradiator receiving a laser beam from the laser oscillator to irradiate the laser beam onto the light guide plate which is the object to be processed while being linearly reciprocated, a laser transmission part disposed between the laser irradiator and the laser oscillator to define the transmission path of the laser beam, and a transfer plate which supports the light guide plate and is linearly reciprocated and transferred in the direction crossing the transfer direction of the laser irradiator. The laser transmission part has a multiple-joint structure including a plurality of arms connected to each other through rotatable joints.
